Complaints Procedure
We aim to deal with complaints fairly, promptly and respectfully
If you have a complaint about the Club, its services, facilities, staff, members, events or general running, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Speak to the Steward (Liz Jenks)
Raise your complaint with the Steward in the first instance, either verbally or in writing
Please provide as much information as possible, including, what happened, when and where it happened, who was involved, any witnesses, and what outcome you are seeking.
Step 2: Escalate to the Committee
If the matter cannot be resolved by the Steward, or if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint to the Committee.
Please submit the complaint in writing or by email to the club Secretary, explaining why the matter remains unresolved.
What happens next?
The Committee wil review the complaint, you may request further information, and will decided what action, if any, is appropriate.
The club aims to acknowledge written complaints within 7 days and provide an outcome within 28 days wherever reasonably practicable.
Confidentiality and Respect
Complaints will be handled confidentially as far as reasonably possible. Everyone involved is expected to act respectfully and honestly throughout the process.
